🎓 2007–2009 | The Beginning of an Adventure

My mountaineering journey began during graduation, when a chance introduction to adventure soon grew into a lifelong pursuit.
By 2009, I had completed my Basic and Advanced Rock Climbing Courses at Mount Abu and became a certified instructor—invited to teach just days after finishing my training.

🧭 2010–2013 | Advanced Training & Skill Development

I refined my skills at India’s premier mountaineering institutes, completing Basic, Advanced, Method of Instruction (MOI), and Search & Rescue courses at HMI Darjeeling, JIM Pahalgam, and NIM Uttarkashi.
These formative years built the technical foundation and discipline that continue to guide every expedition I lead.

🧑‍🏫 2013–2015 | Instructor & Trainer

During this period, I served as an instructor at national adventure institutes, training diverse groups—from civilians to NDRF, CRPF, and state police forces.
I also collaborated with adventure organizations across India, managing outdoor operations and designing ziplines, rope courses, and climbing walls.

🚨 2013–2014 | Service in Disaster Relief

My commitment to service extended beyond adventure.
I contributed to disaster relief operations during the 2013 Uttarakhand floods and assisted in the 2014 re-establishment of Kedarnath Dham, bringing logistical and mountaineering expertise to challenging terrain.

🏔️ 2015–2020 | Expeditions & Himalayan Exploration

My expedition highlights include the first ascent of Mt. Kuchela Dhura (6294 m), two rare crossings of the Trail’s Pass, and challenging attempts on peaks such as Mt. Latu Dhura, Hanuman Tibba, Kedarnath Peak, CB-13, Mt. Baljuri, Z1, Dangthal, and Angduri.
Beyond expeditions, I have trekked extensively across the Himalayas—Roopkund, Valley of Flowers, Tapovan, Milam Glacier, and Kuari Pass.

In recent years, I had the privilege of managing river rafting operations at the Statue of Unity, ensuring safe and memorable adventure experiences for thousands of visitors.

All these experiences—years of training, instructing, expeditions, and rescue—have shaped my vision for the future of adventure in India.
Today, I serve as the Founder of Himalpinist, an initiative dedicated to redefining the adventure ecosystem by combining safe practices, professional training, and the true spirit of mountaineering.
